Support for clinical ethics initiatives

CESA is committed to promoting initiatives in clinical ethics that contribute to and build the CESA community and welcomes applications for support for such initiatives from CESA members.

CESA may support clinical ethics initiatives through:

• advertising the activity through email to CESA members,

• promotion of the activity on the CESA website and social media,

• endorsement and co-badging of the activity,

• provision of administrative support (including participant registration, processing registration fees and related activities), and/or

• seed or full funding.

Details of upcoming clinical ethics events supported by CESA will be posted on this website.

• Working Through the Ethical Challenge: From Theory to Practice - 16th National Paediatric Bioethics Conference, at the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne, 3-5 September 2025.

• Clinical Ethics Roundtable, an annual series of four online sessions that create room for ethics reflection and skill development. Roundtable is an informal space to explore practical clinical ethics issues in greater depth and in conversation with clinicians, academics and others. Dates in 2025: 4 Feb, 8 April. 5 Aug, 28 Oct.
